When the Church was new, the first order of the apostles was to educate and welcome new members. Whether educating the young, re-educating those who have forgotten or bringing the Word to those who have never heard, the responsibility of this mission lives within each of us.
RCIA
Duties: Assist in the RCIA process; duties may include: catechist, sponsor or providing hospitality
Time: Time varies (from a few hours several times a year to one hour every Sunday morning)
Special Skills: Desire to support others in their journey into the Catholic Church

ADULT FAITH FORMATION
Duties: Develop and implement activities intended to strengthen the faith of the parishioners at Little Flower. The Committee is receptive to new and creative ideas for ways in which to achieve this objective. Such activities may include Bible study programs, lectures on faith-related topics of particular interest, or small discussion/prayer groups intended to foster increased devotion to the authentic teachings of the Church's Magisterium and a zeal for discipleship.

CHILDREN'S RELIGIOUS FORMATION*
Duties: Instructing our children in their Catholic faith as a catechist , aide or office assistant in our parish religious education program
Time: Kindergarten through sixth grade - Sundays, 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; 7th & 8th grade - Wednesdays, 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Special Skills: Enjoy working with children; experience working with children helpful, but not required

PRO-LIFE COMMITTEE
Duties: Coordinate parish efforts to promote the Gospel of Life (Walk for Life, parish pro-life literature and resources, speakers, etc.)
Time: Varies
Special Skills: Interest in promoting the pro-life efforts of the Catholic Church at the parish level

LITTLE FLOWER BOOK CLUB
Duties: Participate in book club focused on timely topics affecting life and practices in the Catholic Church
Time: Approximately every four to six weeks
Special Skills: Interest in reading and participating in group discussions
