Mark your calendars to join in the fun and spread some Cardinal spirit. Event consists of a 1.5 Mile Competitive Race and a 1.5 Mile Non-Timed Event on Little Falls Trail. So lace up your sneakers and come walk, run, stroll or skip for the LFS HSA!
